Cancelled and topic postponed for now, as it may be more sensible to resolve it together with the extension.
However, I still had a conversation with the provider and we both agree that the bill of quantities for the work was too extensive and detailed.
His hands were, so to speak, tied.

He is still interested in the overall project.

A few normal renovation works are taking place again. The balcony door was sealed with silicone only on the inside. On the outside, the old metal frame covered the gap between the frame and the masonry. But nothing in between. Not even foam insulation. That’s why some mold is forming at the thermal bridge.

Everything was uncovered and sealed with special foam. Then replastered.

In the upper floor hallway, wallpaper and ceiling paneling were removed. So everything can be renewed.

Then a bit of research in the electrical system, since it is also supposed to be redone.

Let's continue. First, temporarily reroute the old power.

Then there is space for chasing, unfortunately the old plaster no longer adheres sufficiently everywhere.

Then lay new cables:

And then apply the first layer of new plaster:

Small update.
In the meantime, it has been plastered, wired, and all temporary setups removed again.

The old drywall ceiling along with insulation is gone.

New insulation installed.

PS: This is my last post for now. Thanks to the new "technical notice," writing is difficult, and inserting images no longer works either.
You’ll have to figure out which image belongs to which text.

If the operator thinks to harass content creators in favor of advertising, soon there will be nothing left that generates advertising value.

But I will definitely not reconfigure my router so that the popup disappears again and this one page here works again.

Yes, writing is currently more than tedious on this page, with constant interruptions in the writing flow because some advertisement keeps reloading.
