But the dressing room is in the north, isn't it?

Good morning,

I don't know what I read yesterday but somehow I confused [Ankleide] with [Garderobe] (which doesn't make any sense either :rolleyes .... Ok, with [Ankleide] you actually go to the presentation table.

Best regards

Across?? ... so at the bottom of the plan?

The location drawing is not to scale ... because the house is 5 m away from the top of the plan (you call it a building boundary, but it is actually the property boundary - right). And the garage only 1.5 m away from the street? Is that allowed? Could it be that the garage has not been drawn in properly yet? Then it would be only 3 m from the property boundary at the top of the plan - right?

If I look at it this way and you want to fit 2? cars in the garage, then the driveway can’t be that narrow with the garage location. There’s no way to turn around the corner.

And, is there already neighboring development? What kind of traffic will there be on the west or south street? Pedestrian paths?

There will be 2 full stories - right? And then a gable roof with access via the storage room on the upper floor.

[*]The location is of course not to scale.. I'll call it schematic.
[*]I can drive into the garage. Of course, more paving is needed.
[*]Yes, there are already developments including the garage orientation + driveway --> it works quite well.
[*]Another option would be an access road from the south (which is also possible).
    [*]Yes, it is permitted.
[*]There is little traffic on both roads. West Street serves 10 houses.
[*]Yes, full floors. Access to the "attic" possibly through the storage room.

The garage is fine.

But what bothers me is the basic location of the house: pressed against the northern edge, as if no space was needed there.
You have endless space in the front, for example, not for drying laundry from the utility room. Also, there are things and stuff that you would rather do or store somewhat hidden, for example trash bins, composters, wood.
You have a huge property with two possible driveways, but want a hidden entrance.
For me, the house is not optimized for the property; I would possibly also consider rotating the main structure by 90 degrees and arrange the living spaces accordingly so that you can enjoy the evening sun inside the house as well as on the property. Because in summer it is at half past ten.
All this would be obvious if you currently have to call all the important rooms on the ground floor, the dressing room and bathroom upstairs non-optimal.

What kind of architect is that who merely sketches your ideas? Is he employed by the general contractor?
