For the later BU/GU, this means more work in advance (adjustment of the contract for work to 2 residential units), but from then on everything runs smoothly. In contrast, with separate awarding of trades, there will continuously be additional effort for invoicing, allocation, and control. The commissioned craft businesses will surely be happy :cool:

If the invoices are not divided, the tax office and the tax consultant will make a division, e.g. according to m².
An invoice division by the craftsmen is therefore only necessary if a division deviating from the actual m² is desired.
So always check what is cheaper ;-)
