I use VA Professional
But, honestly, you plan with minimal distances .. just look at your path "optical chimney" (what is that?) and sofa or table (120x80?) and MAIN path to the kitchen. Counter and then a cooking island? Size? Distances? Why two seats right next to the table at a strange counter?
Bed .. the room is 320 cm deep, passage to the dressing room about 80 cm and then you want to place a bed for 2 people against a 240 cm wall (in the last version the wall was still 211 cm) ? What kind of bed is that supposed to be?
WC and washbasin .. much too small, no pre-walls taken into account, etc.
And, what happened to the granny flat?

STAIRS .. my little hobby ... by the way, a program just inserts stairs. You have to set the parameters for that and also have some knowledge about stairs
The basement should also have a room height of about 250 cm - right? That makes a floor height of about 280 cm. With 13 steps that results in a rise of more than 21.5 cm. You have now moved the door to the children's room again, probably so that a wardrobe (which probably must not be deeper than 60 cm) fits better. But the previous stair space of max. 312 cm has shrunk again. Because you can’t enter the children’s room over the stair opening
In my profile I have explicitly stated:
Step size= 2x rise + 1x run - IDEAL: 63 cm
Comfort= run - rise - IDEAL: 12 cm
Safety= run + rise - IDEAL: 46 cm
In your case, before moving the children's room door:
Step size= 2x21.5 + 1x 25 = 68 cm versus IDEAL: 63 cm
Comfort= run = 25 - rise 21.5 = 4.5 versus IDEAL: 12 cm
Safety= run 25 + rise 21.5 = 46.5 versus IDEAL: 46 cm
So the stairs are safe but neither comfortable nor easy to climb.

Normally, garages should be allowed to be built on the property boundary. Or is it because of the basement below the garage?
Well, whatever ... but I would still be very interested to know what you don’t like about .
