Our wish for KFW is autonomy in the future. So solar with battery, controlled residential ventilation, underfloor heating (electric or water), for winter or necessary additional heating pellets with water circuit, possibly CO2 geothermal heat pump. Therefore invest more now with low interest rates and in the future no electricity costs, but maybe even earn money with feed-in tariffs.

The individual rooms are largely variable. Separate office with its own entrance is important, large living-dining room with terrace access, terrace/balcony, separate toilet, possibility to convert/expand the basement for a future granny flat. These are the priorities.

What budget did you have in mind? What you are planning there easily goes over 500,000+.

Ytong is, among other things, the choice because it allows for significant personal contribution.

The plot is approximately 26m wide and 35m long, the street side runs uphill from south to east

Did I understand the elevation points correctly now?

The frame would be the size of your plot.

Attached are some side views again. Should the terrain then be raised to a certain degree? It would have to be if you want the garages at street level height.

Small info, the area of a hipped roof is probably too small for photovoltaics to live authentically. However, I only know this from hearsay.

@reenex, one more question, how far do you want the garage/house to be from the street?
