just as a question: have you already thought about how much your house is allowed to cost? what you roughly estimate there easily adds up to 500,000€ in total. especially with architects, people like to hit hard at first, until they hear the first price and then only leave with pain.

Even better are the 1.83m wide driveway gates. The smallest I know of is 3' outside and 2.5m driveway gate.
