Opinion on the house design

Stairs are done by the architect. It was the only U-shaped one in the program.

That's why I pointed out that the foyer with 320x342 cm seems too small if a wardrobe is also to be accommodated there. Even the architect can do little about that.

I would also reduce the size of the bathroom on the ground floor in favor of the hallway. Isn't a shower bathroom enough for the child? If they want to use the bathtub sometime, they can also use the parents' bathroom, right? To make that work, possibly swap [Küche] and [Bad].

The architect is taking care of the staircase subject. How he solves it is his problem. We are waiting there. The kitchen must stay there. The children's room is enough, mine was even smaller and I survived.

As a child, I would be grateful if everyone ALWAYS passed by my room. Otherwise, gladly a living chamber with peepholes, but the main thing is 4 (!) toilets?! Please new.

Do you as parents also sometimes get visitors in the evening? Or watch a movie that can be a bit louder? How old is your child? With such a bedroom, I would have taken the opportunity and actually sneaked out permanently.
