What is worth preserving is on the outside. What should be preserved inside are the stairs and the entrance area. About the big construction site, the basement. In one room of the basement, a diagonal supporting structure runs through, which was installed later. That does not look promising. Also, there was woodworm in other beams. I did not see fresh dust or oversized holes, but classic signs of an infestation (as said, time frame unclear) are there. Here and there are small cracks in the facade, but it was redone 30 years ago or repainted. So, now?
