When it comes to the empty conduits, it's best to lay the cables at least along the longest routes right away. CAT7, especially as duplex, is a pain to pull through multiple floors and bends. So going from the basement to the attic with 4 bends can easily go wrong and you'll end up with an empty outlet in the end. A distribution box halfway relieves the problem, of course. Or at least have the cable installed by the general contractor electrician where you really need it (for example in the office) and where the cable run is long.
Since the house comes from the developer, it will be difficult to arrange this in advance. The only options here are single-socket outlets for €200 each and double-socket outlets for €400 each. And honestly, I find that quite exaggerated... I don't know yet who the electrician will be later. But then I would try to have the cables I provided laid directly through them...
Are ceiling outlets on the ground and upper floors sufficient if the two children's rooms are probably later in the attic?
