Actually, only minimally. The architect now estimates around 540,000 EUR for the house (standard equipment without a wood stove, etc.) (1,200 cubic meters of enclosed space * 450 EUR). However, we need to reduce that slightly again, either by slightly reducing the living area or by having fewer projections and recesses. It's just an initial estimate, but one that we like very much at least.

Consider 540 achievable but very tight. The earthworks should not be underestimated and there is a risk of a five-figure deviation. I would reduce and simplify the floor plan. Move the stairs to the south. Children's bathroom and gallery on the upper floor. Pantry and wardrobe on the ground floor can both go to the basement. Outdoor area is still missing. That won’t be done with 10k for you. Plus garage and roof terrace.

The architect's design is well thought-out and invites you to "live inside" it. Have it priced by local craftsmen. Your budget is ambitious for this design.
