Because one usually does not want to lead visitors through the entire house just to accept registered mail, or so that one does not have to run all the way down oneself.

However, this winter is not representative and, in addition, there is likely to be quite frequent snow in the TE’s region during normal winters. Where should one go given the lack of alternatives? Through the garage?

The specialist would have to rack their brain not only because of the master bathroom. Is the kitchen draining into a floor drain in the garage? Where is the children's bathroom supposed to drain to?

I agree with you, the 20 cm topsoil can of course be stored on the side. In the case of the OP, it is not a new development area. With us, during the development by the civil engineer, everything was mixed and only the rubbish was left behind.

That's right, winter is not representative. The ski lifts hardly ran at all. It wasn't anymore last year either. Ice and snow are normal here, as is the concept of an outside staircase. Yes, then on those days you go through the garage or basement. It's usually family and close friends anyway. To avoid a problem with the outside staircase on 20 days a year, you use an inside staircase for 340 days.
