Sure, just wanted to give you an indicator. You can make something nice out of hillside houses. If in doubt, have an experienced architect work up to and including service phase 4 and only go to the general contractor later. Then you'll also have comparative offers. That's what we did, for example.

Is the orientation a binding term in the development plan for the ridge direction? I thought that was only mentioned by the TE to establish the reference to the street / driveway.

The development plan specifies a ridge direction of North/South. However, neighbors have also been granted approval for a different orientation. Therefore, I assume that will also be the case for us.

Is the [Bebauungsplan] specifying a ridge height or only the eaves height?

The ridge orientation is defined by an arrow (with two arrowheads) in the legend/drawing. I assumed that it was only put into words like that by the OP. There is quite a bit there that was rather interpreted. But if you can discuss it with the office anyway... oops:

Yes, but the ridge direction in the draft is east-west, or am I mistaken?
