I suspect it's a single-story with a max. knee wall of 1.125m (from experience) and an east-west ridge. If you compare the data with #1... confusing is putting it mildly.

Sorry, but interpretations of statutes need to be questioned and cannot just be posted here as FACT. You waste a lot of time on planning if your interpretations are wrong and you are not honest here. I also don’t know if you realize from the last posts that something is wrong here. And what do you think you’re doing: posting the statute so briefly here... I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more interesting things in there. However, you are probably in good hands with the planner if he implements it correctly.
