New KfW conditions from 04/2016

Damn, can't edit it anymore... the first part is no longer relevant, if I open it in a new tab it works then...

so one could quite well submit the building application etc. (significantly) before 1.4.16 and start building, to then say from 1.5. "oh, I would actually like 100k instead of 50k"??? I can't really imagine that...

The energy values remain the same in the above example, so as not to cause unnecessary confusion...

I called the KFW today and they said it is possible..... there may be a maximum of 3 months between the financing discussion and the submission of the application and you can even start building (no more than 50%) in order to then submit the application on 01.04.16. This is how one is supposed to get the higher subsidy. We are planning it that way. But we will get it in writing again.

it would be nice if you could keep us updated on what you are doing regarding KfW. Our situation is similar: Yesterday we submitted the building application (so still before 12/31/2015) and thus under the old energy saving ordinance. But we also want to get the 100,000 EUR KfW grant if possible. However, we want to use energetic renovation 151 (KfW85). So we should still be eligible for funding despite the increase in the efficiency house standard. Do we need to consider anything regarding the building start notification? Should the building start notification not be submitted before date xy?

When will the new KfW conditions be known?
Fixed interest rate, effective interest rate, etc.

It's nice that KfW wants to use a current interest rate, preferably the one from 30.03.2016; but for planning home builders, the current situation is unplannable.
One only knows that there will be something new but not the conditions.

What do you think, when will KfW let the cat out of the bag?

Received the message by email yesterday that the conditions will only be announced in March.

Recently read something about "shortly before". So I expect the conditions only in February/March. Would have preferred it earlier for better planning.
