Does anyone here already know something concrete regarding the classification of the KfW55 house according to the tightened energy saving regulation?
So far, I have repeatedly received 2 different explanations (including different ones from the KfW):
1. The reference house for the classification of the KfW efficiency house does not change. That means everything that was previously KfW55 remains KfW55 in 2016 as well.
2. The new reference house corresponds, simply put, to the (then) "old" KfW70. This means the new KfW55 according to the current status would be about a "KfW30." In other words, the new KfW55 level will be significantly more difficult/expensive to achieve.
