Banks today can't even say what interest rates they will offer tomorrow ... I've recently read quite often that interest rates will rise by about 0.3% in December, do you perhaps know more about that?
The fact is that 100,000€ can be expected at good conditions. Currently 0.75%. I am calculating with about 1%, which is still better than at all banks, especially since I have to borrow another 160,000€ from the bank at 2%. If a repayment grant then comes, that would be great..... Application from [BAFA] for innovation funding received back as confirmed, construction contract then signed and next week I will submit my building application.....
The other conditions are also helpful. Without having to negotiate much, 12 months without commitment interest, special repayments as often and as high as you want. 2 years without repayments. I find this point particularly helpful. In the beginning, things usually run somewhat rough or some money is still needed here and there. Possibly, one has a double burden for a longer time or is surprised by additional costs. So you have some leeway and don’t stumble so quickly. If this becomes current for us, we plan to put the announced installment minus the interest into a separate account. At the end of the year, you can then decide whether to use the money as a special payment on the loan or set aside parts of it for other things.

As far as I know, you can only apply for the innovation funding, for example for biomass systems at our place, once it is installed, or am I mistaken?
