The repayment grants as of 01.04.2016 are fixed:

KfW55 --> 5% Max. €5,000 per residential unit
KfW40 --> 10% Max. €10,000 per residential unit
KfW40plus --> 15% Max. €15,000 per residential unit

Does anyone have news regarding KFW conditions for interest rates, etc. with KFW 55 construction - especially Program 153 from 01.04.2016?

The repayment grants are already fixed, the interest rates are presumably only determined on 31.03. However, this is mainly because the KfW reserves the right to change the applicable interest rate without much prior notice. Therefore, the exact numbers will probably be announced very shortly beforehand.

And? Does anyone already know something? *impatient*
