you are producing a labyrinth that can only be used as traffic area - that's an expensive pleasure - if you don't care about money, then you can do something like that; however, the corridors are then planned so wide that cabinets for storage can be accommodated on the sides.
The pantry is already small; if you want to furnish one side with 60cm deep cabinets/appliances, then the pantry should be at least 140cm wide; if you want to use it on both sides to increase the usable depth.
You have a utility room, a technical room, and a pantry. Why don’t you combine the pantry and utility room, thereby enlarging the kitchen and creating more space for storage?
Nothing is shared there: the marked area is purely traffic or corridor space. It only looks uniform from above because of the same flooring. After all, the staircase is closed off at the bottom by a wall.
I find the planning of the utility room and the access from the garage very good, though. I like it. The corridor to the kitchen is too long, and the corridor from the kitchen to the seating terrace is also too long. A staircase that leads outside is great, we have one too. But this one is enclosed and creates a long hallway, which cannot be used for living because it is too narrow. It's just barely over a meter wide, if the kitchen is supposed to be 3 x 3 :(
