Is the floor plan for a single-family house structurally realistic?

Name the room 'storage room'; a classic pantry is cool, you can't even achieve that in a modern house with a basement room anymore ;)

Your wishes are quite 'ordinary' - we are not complaining about the wishes but the implementation :) that is something completely different.

Thanks again for the feedback. I will now go to a professional with my prioritized "wish list" and have a proposal created for me (without showing it to him in advance). I think/hope that some quite interesting alternative floor plans will come out of it.

If you happen to know floor plans with a central straight staircase in an approximately 11.5 x 9.5 house, please post them :D
