Well, after entering the ID for the object, this thread is displayed as the second result on Google alongside the object. That is really very unfortunate.

The OP will have his reasons, it has nothing to do with rudeness.

Legally, everything was clean here in my opinion.

I think so too. But maybe the seller did threaten legal action and the OP simply wants to avoid these circumstances. I probably would too. The effort is just not worth it. As curious as I am, really, but it's not worth it.

Rudeness is not the request itself, but the snappy response to the question about the reason. By the way, in my Juso days the principle still applied that one who has already spoken is not allowed to move to end the debate :-)
