I agree with you. But currently, everything is worth legal action. Whether rightly or not, you first have to deal with the hassle.

If the seller has discovered the Fred here (about which the OP really doesn’t need to worry from a legal perspective in my opinion) and after initial annoyance has read it calmly a second time, he might now at least have realized why the financings for his house regularly fall through... then it was at least good for something :)

To (presumably) bring this to a conclusion: The listing is deactivated. The house has probably found a buyer. Maybe it's the OP :) (very unlikely) I found the whole thing really interesting. It's a pity that it ended so abruptly. I still suspect that the price was negotiated down quite a bit in the end. But of course, no one knows.
