I agree with you and even think that here, besides gathering factual information, one can also practice very well for "real life." For example, staying in dialogue despite differing opinions, taking a step back and considering what someone else says, overcoming hurt feelings and starting fresh, and much more. Of course, not everyone needs that, ;-) but maybe some do a little, with those present of course excluded. :)

What else went wrong?
If the notary contract was drawn up, costs already arise. So there must be very compelling reasons.
