Thank you very much
I will bring that up.
But one thing: If the wall can really be moved 20cm to the right, then the wardrobe can stand exactly as in my drawing, can't it?

You mean here:

compared to here:

Wall 20 cm to the right still means:
approx. 336 cm
- 66 cm closet
- 210 cm bed
---------------
leaves 60 cm of space to move in front of the closet.

In my room planning there are currently only just under 63 cm on the right and left of the bed, but that is not also still movement space in front of the closet. And with the wall 20 cm to the right, the movement space to the right and left of the bed would then be 73 cm and the space between the closets about 120 cm.

It’s just unfortunate that due to the window placement the bathroom wall can’t be moved further to the right if you still want reasonable storage space in the hallway area. And I consider that very important.

I would simply like clear zoning for the sleeping area.

And for the balcony that would also be a nice place to put a fixed dining corner that doesn’t block any exit. And south-facing windows are not so pleasant in the bedroom. It can get quite hot in summer.

In the living area there remains a nice spacious place in the middle.

The hallway offers lockable wardrobe storage (jackets of off-season, shoes, bags, hats, scarves, that don’t have to be stored in the individual closets) and provides the everyday hanging wardrobe (jackets of the season, current shoes, etc.).

Also the small chamber in my version is better to furnish and use due to the width of about 140 cm. The water connections can be bundled with those of the kitchen.

And then about the kitchen planning .. as the tall cabinets are indicated there, that doesn’t really work.

What I mean by the entrance situation on the ground floor is: Someone comes home, opens the door, which according to the plan swings inward, and then has to go directly upstairs to the right with dirty shoes because taking off shoes downstairs is not possible, as there is only 1x1m of space, which is already occupied by the inward-swinging door.

The second scenario is: Someone is just coming down the stairs and wants to go outside... upon reaching the bottom, the door suddenly opens because someone is coming home... where is the person supposed to go now? Back up the stairs? Squeeze past the door somehow?

So I quite like it and I also understand that the window has to be painted. What is really too small is the bathroom. After all, my wife also has to be able to spread out there
How does it feel to have a wall at the foot end? The ceiling is not flat but sloped. Isn't such a wall somewhat confining?
Where would the skylights be placed then? 1.5 sqm are allowed...

I will request a vestibule. Of course, that will probably not be cheap... And the problem is not completely solved with that, is it?

Well, you definitely need space in front of the stairs where people can pass each other and the entrance door doesn’t immediately get slammed in your face....

And also a place for shoes, unless you want to sweep the stairs regularly...
