How much does a windbreak cost?

What do you think of the bedroom/bathroom area? I'm currently drawing, but can't get anything done because the child is crying...
Between the bathroom door and the toilet there would be space for a radiator for towels and opposite, between the shower and the sink, space for laundry.

The shower looks very narrow ... dimensions?

And also a place for shoes, unless you want to regularly sweep the stairs...

Questioning some aspects of the planning is perfectly fine. It just probably doesn’t help the OP if people say that this or that definitely won’t work at all...
The entrance situation is certainly not ideal, but it will still lead the residents dry into the upper floor.
It is and remains an apartment that can probably be rented cheaply: if the OP with his family at some point (in 10 years) finds that the desire for optimal single-family home conditions is there, the situation and living conditions can be reconsidered.
It will certainly be a nice apartment once the storage and hallway areas are sorted out.

Why is the toilet in a niche taking up floor space in the hallway?
You should take the ideas raised here to the architect. After all, there is one, and he will draw you a standard shower bathroom.

That was now a suggestion from me for a larger bathroom WITH space for a radiator on which towels can be hung. Of course I will go to the architect with it, but I am here to collect ideas and combine them with mine. As you can tell, I am very open to suggestions. I just want it to be nice... It’s a nice location, direct S-Bahn connection, not far to the lakes, quiet, but still good shopping opportunities. Only the optimal apartment is missing

Correct. My father is the builder and lives downstairs alone, but with space for mom visiting... That’s why the garden is intended for me and my family. My father wants to live downstairs with the wish for barrier-free access (for later), and I think that’s good too.
