And are two bathrooms necessary? I might try swapping the bedroom with the dining area so that the parents can use the bathroom on the left; maybe then a better furnishing would be possible...

Everything for which there is otherwise no space. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board, shoes, cleaning supplies, etc. They are floor-to-ceiling windows, but the lower part is not movable. I am attaching plans of the ground floor and the north view.And the question is, for example, what would you put in the newly outlined storage room? Sill height of the windows?

I don't understand that... What do you mean by swapping? 2 bathrooms would be nice but not essential.And are two bathrooms necessary? I might try to swap the sleeping area with the dining area, so that the parents can use the bathroom on the left; maybe then a better furnishing is also possible...

The two bathrooms are necessary...there's nothing to be done about that...the entrance area in front of the stairs is impossible...if someone is coming down and someone else is just arriving home, there is a traffic jam or possibly injuries caused by the door...
Putting shoes down is also not possible at all...there definitely needs to be a vestibule or something similar built in front of it.

The entrance area in front of the stairs is just not acceptable... if someone is coming down and someone else is just coming home, there will be a traffic jam or possibly injuries caused by the door...
Putting shoes down is also not acceptable... Definitely, a windbreak or something similar needs to be built in front of it.
