What is more important? A south-facing window in the bedroom to the balcony or a reasonable wardrobe space?

But the cupboard won't work like that either

What kind of roof will it be?

As far as I know, on the top floor the load-bearing walls do not necessarily have to be aligned above each other anymore.

I was just about to write that... In the upper floor, the load-bearing walls don't have to be exactly the same anymore, do they? What is the reason for that?

A gable roof... but quite flat. Gallery or attic are not possible... Ok, I will inquire about the wall. What would be the idea? To push the left wall further to the right?

I also pushed it again. The wall to the bedroom stays. Terrace access canceled, instead a window on the left side of the west wall.

The bathroom is now quite small... 90 cm shower, 85 cm toilet, 80 cm washbasin.

Instead, now 1x200 and 1x150 cm wardrobe well usable. Bed with the headboard at the bottom and a 160 cm wall separating the "dressing area." With a bed width of 180 cm mattress, so at least 185 cm bed width, there will only be about 65 cm on the right and left. But since nothing needs to be taken out of cabinets there, it should just barely work. It might be good to move the wall about 20 cm to the right.

In the hallway, first 170 cm storage space for all jackets, shoes, etc. (dark orange). Around the corner then a wall wardrobe for the currently used jackets about 40 cm deep. The hallway ends with a small storage room. Space for washing machine, but also vacuum cleaner and the like. A small pantry shelf should also fit. The water connection should ideally be laid there in combination with the sink unit so that it also connects down to the kitchen below.

Sofa now 250x90 cm as well as an armchair. I would rather use small side tables there.

TV bench as an extension of the kitchen unit. With the matching decor, you might even choose it from a series. It then looks more homogeneous.

Kitchen itself with the sink half-island and the cooktop section. Reduced-depth base cabinets above the stairs. This corner can be used especially as a storage place for various machines etc.
