How high does the house rise - how high to pile up earth (cellar depth low)?

30,000. In case of emergency, then more, then things like carport, photovoltaics, etc. will have to be postponed.

For your information: All the houses on my street are raised, no one has a lifting system installed (all the other houses are > 30 years old). However, with all the others, it doesn't extend as far out as with us (i.e. we come out 70 cm higher with the basement than the left neighbor), because the neighbors, as mentioned, don't have a residential basement and therefore don't have basements deeper than ours. That is just for the "overall picture." Since our house is much smaller than the neighboring houses and because we come out 70 cm higher, all the houses including ours are roughly the same height...

No idea if I’m allowed to upload the original plans, but the plans look roughly like this:

Yes, I see that - the construction progress is incredible, no, what am I saying, dramatic for a plan apparently still in its infancy (with the motto: "Terrain - what is that? - we’ll take care of that later" ???). Who are you anyway: client of a general contractor who also "planned"? I already need intense resuscitation with heart drops when I see a staggering ten steps leading to the front door, for which apparently nobody gave it any thought, and the MINUSTHREEMETERS of the inspection shaft cover height were obviously deliberately overlooked. I would say the garden landscaping is a matter for the planner’s liability ;-) The hope that a forum community would pull this cart out of the mud is just adorable ;-) You probably mean a Wurt (?)

But it is already exposed now and is now basically the ground floor. Whether it is still buried 70cm is irrelevant. The fact is that your terrace doors and front door can only be accessed with scaffolding. I don’t know what you see now or why you are talking down the ideas… These are the alternatives to the general contractor’s proposal. Why don’t you want to implement what you have planned there? You basically don’t have any more options than these and the ones mentioned to you here.

That was not meant to be badmouthing. Rather just thinking out loud.

Because in reality it looks different than on the plans before construction started, I am looking for alternatives. And I wanted to know the opinion of the community.
