Ah, the exit of WZ is above the slope? Unfortunately, this is not visible in the drawing. The orientation is missing, and I could not see a front door on the colored exterior view [emoji2]

Best regards, Yvonne

The front door is on the corner at the carport, between the door intercom and the red car.

I also find the red one better in terms of the overall layout. However, both alternatives with the two-story entrance frontage just look unharmonious to me: a single-family house with a shoved-under basement. You have to like that [emoji848] I advocate for a hillside house, for example through split-level. But apparently this is liked here, so I would rather come to terms with the red version.

In the red design, it is not a two-story entrance front, but only a continuous stairwell window strip. The entrance is on the side there. This situation somewhat reminds me of conversions where the entrance was relocated; visually, one would instinctively look for the entrance at the front here. But in the floor plan, it seems coherent to me, so it fits. I don’t really see split level here: on the one hand, not under this roof, and on the other hand, in my opinion, the domain of split levels is gentle slopes — here, however, I see a full slope (= height difference front/rear of a whole story), and accordingly, half floors do not sensibly follow the terrain.

Hi, I agree with the underground part, but why should a basement have little quality? It really depends on the finishing and the orientation. I've seen basements where you wouldn't want to be anywhere else..
