The terrace will be provided as I painted below. So of course there will be a terrace. The kitchen furniture is incorrectly placed by the civil engineers, I tried to represent it in the drawing as we had intended. The son just started training, so we assume he will stay with us for at least another 3 years. A cooking facility/kitchen is a good idea, we have to talk to the civil engineer to see if we can still fit that in.

No, it was meant that it will be part of the 18m² basement and can have as much space as it needs there.

*Relief* There is a terrace after all!
Maybe you should show the outdoor facilities and views first.

For example, left in after the front door. But the marathon would be the smallest problem on the list for me.

That works wonderfully in theory, but in practice it’s nonsense without sauce. Even in non-boom times, it is not recommended for the inexperienced. Self-awarding is slippery ground for beginners and can turn into roulette: after trades A, B, C, and D, you need E; you can’t just prioritize the cheapest bidder for U (just because he happens to have time now and might even offer a friendly price). If E hasn’t worked with D before, that will very likely cause plenty of overtime at the connection points. Self-awarding individual trades by laymen could be my favorite joke if I were a cynic – but I’m not. When it comes to awarding the planning service, you’ve really missed the mark, if you ask me.

Could it possibly be the same one? (with all humor aside, the question is unfortunately serious, as it practically suggests itself from the brilliant planning)

I mean the reason why the HA did not move into the 18m2 cellar was the course of the sewage pipes? But I will clarify that again... Through the front door to the left would not work because there is the staircase going down to the cellar here. Outdoor areas and views are currently being created, as soon as I have them I will upload them here.

That should probably be the last reason why I ruin my bathroom. I know that. It would of course have to be removed there. That's great.

If this is supposed to be a kitchen island ... what do you want to do on it? The room is 326 cm wide, 60 cm kitchen on the left, then at least 2x80 cm passage, leaving 100 cm width for the kitchen island.

Still open ... mini office and why a proper guest bathroom on the ground floor?

If the terrace is located like this on the ground floor, then half of the basement - the son's room - has no window. In any case, I think this is not a concept yet. By the way, I also call the bathroom in the basement too narrow. If there still has to be an installation wall, then 120 cm room depth is nothing. It should be 140 cm.
