Ah yes. Nice - roughly what would have come out with the architect using this wishlist.

Hello. Hardly are you gone for a day. Hey.... the plan is cool, I’m still really taking it all in. Thanks. But I already had one before :

Ta-da..... I sat down in my sandbox again and played with my building blocks.

This time a dream home for the population in advanced?? age, walker-compatible!! and with a brighter piano spot (which would also fit well on the gallery). For that, there are a few more corners upstairs. And I’ve already been moving the toilet around wildly again. I built the stairs with an online calculator according to DIN and standards, and unfortunately I can’t draw arrows with the program. And double beds even fit into the bedrooms. Have they finally become rooms now? And a fully lit and also ventilatable guest WC. Who says so.

I thought I had apologized if I stepped on anyone’s toes? And that as a plan-loving, incorrigible, conservative traditionalist. Tsk.

And truly I thought I had answered this questionnaire to the best of my knowledge and conscience, at least with what I knew? For example, I don’t understand why I should disclose my budget here? What does that have to do with the plan? What needed to be explained for the plan, I presented. Pretty extensively even. I think.

The first thing I read here was a reprimand. Didn’t go down well with me. And if you then immediately slap a label on me and shove me into the "incorrigible" drawer, then I get angry. The conclusions drawn about me as a person from the plan, I also found somewhat.......strange. Also, it’s not my fault if the plans don’t show up well on a smartphone....but

don’t be offended now, it’s just about a house plan. *Hand stretched out*

We can gladly philosophize about how a fruitful discussion should be conducted and what respectful treatment of the other means over a glass of beer/wine/tea, even if you don’t share their opinion or discover errors in their statements. I’m not saying I find this easier than others, but I at least make an effort. And humor, I find, is sometimes quite helpful. Best before the slap. Then it doesn’t hurt so much anymore.

Maybe at the housewarming? Or sometime at an "open studio"? We do that regularly. Mostly at Pentecost. 2017 won’t happen though. Due to lack of a studio. It’s a nice area here, four hiking trails converge in the village and there are three inns with guest rooms, two churches and 10 clubs. With 240 inhabitants. At least.

And yes, the thing with languages... that’s also a problem... that’s true.

But now: The plans....toot toot:

You could still rotate the house a bit more to the south. Gable-side. The 3D images show the position of the sun on 01.04. at 10 a.m.

So then, have a nice evening.

Ouch, now you're probably going to get scolded again because the OG bird’s-eye view is rotated 180° from that of the EG

You’ve been diligent and changed quite a bit. It looks tidier, I also liked the first one, but now the WC is solved cleanly.

And I’m going to get scolded again right away if I boldly claim without any proof that the tip of the stair arrow would point into the gallery ...

: The plan is really good, I'll keep it... although even more intricate than mine... may I ask which program you use to draw it?

And there is a problem: The wife wants HER sauna upstairs so that she can lie down in the deck chair after sauning and doesn’t have to lounge around in the living area. I could lounge around there then. She says she doesn’t want to go outside. Because sauna time is mostly winter time anyway. And she doesn’t like ice bathing either.

Anyway: THANK YOU.

Man, I rotated it because you can see from the north that you're right and I can't draw arrows. Seriously, I don't know how to plan even tidier or clearer, at least not with the given specifications. I'm most proud of the dining area, for which I received the most criticism.... it's still not a ballroom... but there's enough space - even for sharp elbows.

Good night.

I specifically marked a lounger in front of the exit in the bathroom.

And, sorry, I really don't like your last plan at all. The dining/cooking area has really lost... I also can't quite figure out what kitchen means to you. I find private rooms way too public. However, you now have a knee wall and what roof pitch degree did you use, right?

I use Virtual Architecture House Designer Professional. However, they have now been bought by someone.
