In the German-speaking area, there are linguistic stylistic devices. My "mfg" was sarcastic. So very fitting with the rest!

ypg did exactly that... explained argumentatively why the kitchen is probably too small, with examples... that's called constructive criticism...

You complain about culture of conversation? In my eyes, you are the first to have trampled that culture underfoot. How was it: "I don't swallow everything you stuff me with" (sorry, I’m not going to leaf through 4 pages for the exact wording). Honestly? That choice of words and then babbling about culture of conversation... ouch

Tell me, am I totally drunk? We are not to judge that? Then why is it being asked what can be improved about the floor plan? Then please rename the thread to "This is my floor plan – you have no right to judge it," thanks!

So now my throat hurts from all the head shaking.

Isn't it a bit dark for your wife at the piano?

Take a look at [Nullbariere] for the turning dimensions for rollators. I think you want to live in the house for quite a long time, and a walking impairment can come quite quickly.

I don’t see a directional arrow, but I assume the staircase was rotated last, starting from the hallway, with space underneath oriented towards the dining area

probably because of the confusing mix aka hetero couple: man with closet, woman with dressing room

normal procedure rather:
OP: has the license for subjective views
Responders: stay polite

if I were to bet, I would bet against it being built according to plan. Here, people of middle age with experience living in detached single-family homes are asking. Unlike those around thirty with their second apartment, that allows one to expect that their living wishes can be well projected onto a plot of land, with accordingly striking congruence between plan and build.

I would not call the refusal to subject one’s individual design to mainstream standards "resistance to advice." The OP certainly accepts constructive criticism, and merely allows themselves the reflection on their own ideas – sometimes, with the consequence of only slightly changing course.

A draft before would have had the staircase leading into nothing, and since then no changes to the staircase have been mentioned.

Was that mentioned anywhere? I have always only read "we."

If that is supposed to be normal, answering with the phrase "Just because I don’t swallow everything you throw at me"... then I’ll say in nice Bavarian: "well then, cheers"...
I hope not too many agree with this statement, otherwise reading here in the forum will become very unpleasant if the OP has carte blanche.

Just like with the staircase direction, you simply assume any facts, in this case:

But here I can tell you that you’re wrong:
Here people of advanced age are asking, after all "the children are already out of the house."

Regards

and insofar I asked you in #2 to contribute the needs catalog so that we can help you individually and constructively with your draft. You had almost our full attention (and didn’t even notice it )

#2:

I also asked for measurements, or rather you were asked repeatedly.

It is amusing when you then start to counter with words like "Just because I don’t gobble up everything you throw at me" (something like that or exactly that wording) and somewhere else to another user a "Yes, sir, teacher" was read - and later you talk about conversational culture , not even noticing how inappropriate your answers are.

You don’t like something – whether someone here, who takes time for you, is treated appropriately by you apparently doesn’t matter. No one here lost their composure who answered you, no matter how rude you got.

You are free to follow whichever advice you want and which not. But all advice must be treated respectfully as long as it makes sense and the users are making an effort to help you.

If there had been a bit more appreciation from you, there might even have been sketches or drafts for you. From me (bungalows are my specialty) or from Kerstin... at least an explanation why toilet and kitchens are planned next to each other and why it was not done that way in your plans. Why the attic planning doesn’t work like that and why the kitchen planning is not ergonomic.

But what am I saying: the measurements are missing after all, and therefore nothing can be constructive!

I captured the "Herr Lehrer" with my differentiation of terms as conservative ./. traditional and did not reprimand him in the class register.

I do not follow most of the accusations: the question catalog is largely covered in the original post. Measurements are not indicated everywhere, but one can recognize the width of 8.75 m between the exterior walls, 14.34 m total length, and a 62.5 cm planning grid. The staircase is 90 cm wide, the side aisles each three meters twelve. Basic type hall house, all comprehensible.

The bathroom to the kitchen are on one line, and placing the utility room centrally in between seems to me to be cleverly thought out.
