... you wanted too much: Instead of installing two doors in some rooms, you can simply provide the lintel in the wall and/or also the door opening, which you then close with drywall - so that only one door remains, but the room does not serve only as a traffic area, but actually also becomes usable space. Some doors are also positioned unfavorably - with a bit of shifting, for example, more storage space would be created in the room behind the kitchen if the door were moved towards the kitchen unit. The kitchen is also optimal in terms of price/performance as a single row with a block instead of as an L-shaped kitchen.
The same applies to the internal stairs downwards; I would remove them - maybe also provide a stairwell opening in the floor here that could be opened if needed.
You waste far too much space on traffic areas, just to be prepared for all eventualities - this makes little sense on the small plot.
