Yes, you are getting much closer to a nice house. I would, I forgot back then, take 2-meter-wide windows with a railing upstairs. More light comes into the rooms at that width. In the bedroom, remove the door, remove the middle window, and the door from the dressing room (which was already mentioned) into the hallway. Then a nice wardrobe fits there. I would only suggest a partition wall. has a lot of experience with the kitchen, so listen to that!

Did not see the shower, I would remove it. It’s way too cramped anyway! No one will use it. And even if they do, I would still replace it.

Ok...that already confirms our trend towards option 2.

Again on the topic of the dressing room:
Why do you consider it more advantageous to enter the bedroom through the dressing room?
With the additional door, I lose more space for furniture and I would be concerned that it might also feel a bit narrow.
I redrew it once more...you could say if this is what you meant. I would actually keep the window to still get some natural light.

@ : Yes, the suggestion with the extractor hood is good...did you mean something like this? We will definitely review it again. Possibly, a glass sliding door could be installed at the kitchen island...

not so that you have to go through the entire dressing room - so the door exactly on the other side - so the entrance. You don’t actually lose that much space that way. The idea: you go from the bedroom into the dressing room and then into the bathroom with your clothes or back into the dressing room if you need a hat. Otherwise, the bedroom is always just a transit room and you disturb those who are still sleeping.
