We wanted to place the fireplace on the wall [Wohnen/Diele]. I just see that the wall above the left children's room would have to be recessed a bit downwards. But I think a solution can be found there.

Unfortunately, the door from the hallway to the dressing room would greatly limit our placement options, especially since this is the only continuously high wall due to the sloping roof.

: Do you mean the driveway on the property? This is because we want to position the garage as far north as possible to still get some west sun. Otherwise, 9 more houses will be built on the green meadow and the play street as access from the west.

Yes, but that already costs a pretty penny if you want to use 3D CAD from Concadus properly!

Why the outside door in the pantry? I think it will become a dirt trap. Where will shoes, jackets, etc. go there?

Off topic: I mean the play street - with the roundabout at the end it is very large. Such luxury would never be allowed here - every square meter is too valuable. For every square meter of (play) street, compensatory area must also be provided.

Hello,

I always have to smile when I read this comment. Does the younger generation no longer know about doormats in front of the door? Or a dirt scraper on it during winter days? At this time of year (and when it rains) – within walking distance – I even have a dirt scraper lying in the hallway

I still haven’t understood the advantage of not being able to go straight up the stairs but first walking some meters, nicely spreading street dirt in the hallway (especially children are good at that) and then taking it upstairs with you? I would much rather have the dirt from the entrance area there itself than in the adjoining rooms

Barefoot? Slippers?

Rhine greetings

I see it exactly the same way. I don't think "Treppe direkt" is bad. We also have a sensor / a doormat.
