I have concerns that it looks too much like a barrack.
 Definition barrack:
light, flat, mostly detachable [wooden] structure for temporary accommodation - Can't you do without: large hallway area upstairs
Sitting window in the kitchen (we don't want a counter with bar stools)
I would first properly furnish the kitchen before planning a sitting window (in the kitchen): with apparently 60 cm walkways on both sides with furniture edges, bruises are preprogrammed. 60 cm is not enough to comfortably and normally enter a kitchen. Then the dining table with 6 seats would probably have to be adjusted in size as well as the sofa in the upstairs hallway, in order to imagine how large (or small) the rooms or the space then are. The guest WC is not wide enough with RBM 180 to place either door/shower side by side or toilet/shower side by side.
Are 51 cm depth enough for a wardrobe?
No. For coats, which are quite bulky in the shoulder area, I would take 60 / 65 RBM. Cleaning is still deducted. -> I would swap the utility room and shower WC, make the shower WC 20 cm wider and mediate the doors or the stairs (willingly also move the hallway to the other side), so that both children's room doors open from the hallway and the office upstairs gets a rectangular area. Since the pantry is useless anyway (much too narrow with under 100 cm), add this area to the kitchen and then, if necessary (in case direct access is absolutely needed), have access from the kitchen to the utility room where the freezer can be located. Huuups???? Two different ground floor plans???
