I have another suggestion for you on how to get a more spacious kitchen without narrow spots. You can install additional cabinets for dishes etc. under the stairs. The wardrobe closet is enlarged at the expense of the not necessarily needed guest room. Living room furnishings and thus windows adjusted. I would like it much better this way than this narrow kitchen with dead end and the strangely cut hallway. Upstairs you can also initially make room no. 3 a playroom if there are only 2 children.
