14 sqm for a children's room is not that small now....

??? Kitchen?…! Refrigerator! I would need a pantry at most for storing pasta, flour, canned food, and coffee supplies… all that fits in the utility room. Everything else is within reach in the kitchen or at the supermarket I trust. But the island with the stove and sink is not planned and will not be executed that way, right??? Well, the children's rooms are okay with 14 sqm, but if a hallway is bigger, that should make you think.

I would combine the storage room and the office upstairs into one room so that the storage room is accessible from the office. That way you save yourself that small hallway...0

Draw a realistic couch. The one in the plan doesn't have any more seat depth than a chair

The kitchen island will be built facing the seating window. However, only the stove will be on the island. The sink will be moved to the other side – facing the street.

The large hallway upstairs is intended, among other things, to serve as a play area for the children. Otherwise, 14 sqm children's rooms are completely sufficient for us. After all, they are supposed to move out at some point ;)

There will only be an armchair in the hallway upstairs, that should work with the size in the design.

Good idea with the office, the small hallway bothers me a bit.

And then you live with two people in nearly 200 sqm? I love these plans from people without children. :D In my experience—and that of the parents in my circle of friends and relatives—children play in the first years where the parents are. That means in the living room and not in a play hallway on the upper floor. And after that, they disappear into their children's rooms. With two children, you also have little leisure to sit in an armchair in the hallway to enjoy the view. :)
