Where? Where is an elevation, and where is forest?
That belongs in the first post. We keep going in discussion loops here because facts are only mentioned after asking three times and five pages later.

Is that now a reason that you don't want a terrace at all? I mean, you can't plan one like that either if you only leave a strip of land there.
Besides, a terrace has nothing to do with sun. Terrace means an outdoor seating area. The first one belongs to the house.
Those who want to sunbathe go to the lawn.

Yes, it does help you: You complained (at first, with a straight staircase floor plan) that the bathroom would become narrow. And that is why I pointed out that the building window offers the possibility to widen the house at this point.

I deliberately added "angled or stepped" so you could once get out of the mental constraint of the rectangular floor plan.
I would stick to the reasonable self-limitation of 140 sqm.

I really think it's great that there is a response. But this convoluted talk doesn't help me and I don't understand it. I'm guessing here and trying to change something here and there. A concrete statement or suggestion would be helpful. Otherwise, it makes no sense. What is supposed to be slanted or stepped if I am not supposed to change the size of the house.

Even here, what does the terrace matter now. The terrace should face south. Where it is drawn on the floor plan, that’s where it should go. Where there are trees around it, or a mountain, doesn’t matter at all. Topics are opened here and there, my real problem lay in the floor plan. The stairs, the kitchen, and the bathroom were pointed out. Correct, I’m trying to solve it as you can see or I’m also open to other floor plans with the terrace at the back (as on the floor plan). Entrance on the side or from the front. I’m open to that too. The total size should be about 140 sqm. The surroundings, the garden are then my thing and there is still enough open space available. And I’m happy to draw the floor plan again with everything included at finalization along with the entire surrounding area. But my actual problem is not solved by that.

Mo-ment! Shoving walls around is not enough. If you aim for a staircase with such a crummy location, you can’t be surprised if somewhere in the house a room with a gross of 2 meters comes out. It stinks from the start, namely the staircase and a few other basic ideas that I won’t repeat now. You are free to make something out of the comments. The basic idea arises when you look at the property and not just a part of it. You can also gain something from this here. That’s what you brought up! If the starting point is already going wrong and not everything is considered, including options, then many other things can just go in the wrong direction. I’m out for now. The discussion is too sluggish for me.

I don’t believe that. Your real problem is that you find it hard to decide and neither the planner nor we give you the certainty you need for that.

I can understand that this is overwhelming at first and then annoying, especially since some arguments are so good that they seem to set you back in your decision-making. Then the feeling arises: "I ask for help and get more question marks."

Ultimately, there is no point in resisting the complexity of a construction project. That a group in the forum cannot uniformly guide you to gain decision certainty is inherent to the system. I am grateful to have received some ideas here, but the basics we, my wife and I, discussed together with our architect and took a lot of time for it. We talked very little about floor plans, but much more about how we want to live. We are the experts on our own lives. We brought this expertise in and the architect understood it well. The floor plan that we now have and like, we would never have managed ourselves.
