I don’t see any space for a wardrobe in the hallway area.

I already wrote, the inspection must then be carried out by the builder. But everything should fit with 7.5. Floor plans in model houses are similar in size anyway. Ha wardrobe is missing. It would have to go under the stairs then. I don’t like that either. But the space for the kitchen has to come from somewhere. The floor area of 140m² is to remain the same.

Without seeing the OG I can't assess that. Nice that you included the kitchen in the drawing. A 1m passage would be too narrow for me. The smaller the kitchen, the more important the help of an experienced kitchen planner is. Thinking radically: the partition wall from the hallway to the kitchen is dispensable. Consider how it would be to have more workspace instead of this wall. The entire kitchen is relieved. If I understand correctly, the technical room becomes a bit smaller and the "dirt lock function" for entry with a wet dog/boots is sacrificed in the new design. I still like the first design better, but I wasn't a big critic anyway.

Correct, the lock is sacrificed. Removing the wall in the kitchen would mean I would not have a sound barrier from the stairwell, entrance door, etc. on the ground floor. Thus, if the child is playing loud music upstairs, the music would also be heard downstairs, and vice versa.

Thanks for the input. The garden extends about 10-12m out back. But I still like your positioning. I will check if it is allowed, since everyone else has built straight towards the street.

Where? I don't see that in your plan. Show us the plan from the land registry. Then you can also see what's going on in the surroundings.
