Assuming that private health matters are not meant, but rather construction-related stumbling blocks, you should explain these a little. It can also be helpful regarding "previous floor plans" to know them and their critical points.

You are also welcome to tell us more about your planning (and provide more dimensions): should we consider insulation on the shown slim exterior walls, what is the motivation behind the 5 cm-"precise" planning ...

... this is all a bit tedious overall ... how is the house supposed to stand on the plot? The orientations of the floor plan and site plan seem to be different. None of us have a crystal ball or a mind reader ;) ;).

Sorry, I’m trying to improve...

The site plan matches the drawing.

In front, a small play street and behind, meadows.

The house will be 7m away from the property boundary, that is fixed.

There is some play on the left and right.

On the left 3-Max. 4m

On the right approximately 6 m for cars or maybe later a carport.

I don’t want to build particularly large... we had many serious circumstances and mistakes and are now planning basically for the third time.

We have no strength or energy left, and financially there is no more room for maneuver.

We have now drafted a floor plan... it is cm-accurate to then present almost precisely to the architect.
That is the idea behind it.

Honestly, I’m not so versed in the topic of external insulation...

But I hope that for the assessment and evaluation of my floor plan this is also not necessary.

Thank you for your effort

The interior walls are 17.5 cm thick, the exterior walls 36.5 cm.

We have overcome many major obstacles, but the house is properly insulated.

I just saw it... the floor plan is photographed in a different direction... but I have professionally drawn a north arrow.
