That would be "New prefabricated house with carport and converted attic by Schwörerhaus" (?)

As soon as it gets serious, there is radio silence.

Well, I don't imagine it to be funny either when the building permit for a posh bungalow is denied and you now have to squeeze your dreams of leisurely living into a city villa. It also sounds like the earthworks have already begun. Something must have gone wrong there. And nobody here is conjuring a dream house out of the city villa floor plan of the brand "the client is planning it themselves."

I’m not going to start digging before the building permit. Besides, a "normal" architect clarifies in advance what can be built with a 34er. (we have that too) And she also spoke of the already third plan. (and there aren’t even 2 or 3 latecomers still hanging on, costing extra time and nerves…) @Fee: What is now your concrete plan, how do you intend to make progress and reach the goal here? That certainly can’t be it!

Is the orientation of the living room facing north really a "problem" with today's construction style featuring many or large windows? The original poster probably accepts a somewhat darker living room in favor of the cozy atmosphere since there is only forest and meadow behind it!? I mean, as long as you don't have to turn on the lights during the day in the living room, you can do without intense sunlight?
