If I understood correctly, it is supposed to be planned this way?

Sorry that everything is off, unfortunately the basics are no better.

I don't understand why the living area is planned to the north.

An architect who does not deliver should be fired.

You probably drew about 24cm exterior walls, which is not sufficient monolithically - hence my assumption that insulation still needs to be considered. The wall structure should already be clarified during planning. Five centimeters are more of a tolerance than an accuracy in floor plan planning. From my point of view, you need an architect - and not just a draftsperson for whom you have to play the architect. This leads to nothing except a strong recommendation for a construction-supervising expert. Basically, your floor plan is at least as good as the one the draftsperson could create without your involvement. Therefore, it would be helpful to be shown where in the previous version the points were that made your intervention seem necessary. Unfortunately, these are unfavorable conditions for presumably still necessary :-( further interventions - at least good luck with that!

, yes, that’s exactly how the house should be, you understood that correctly.

A common room facing the neighbors doesn’t make sense for us.

If I could fire someone, I would... but it just doesn’t work that way, so we have to work it out sensibly ourselves...

Instead, you prefer to sit in the dark? You can create privacy through planting or blinds/shutters/whatever. I would definitely mirror the house.

Can you elaborate a bit on that?

The exterior walls are 36cm thick as described.

I just didn't draw them properly wide earlier.

I have a building expert, but that doesn't really help me with the floor plan, since they don't actually design houses.

I was hoping to get some inspiration here about what makes sense or doesn't make sense regarding the feasibility of the floor plan...

Previously, among other things, we planned a bungalow, but it was not approved; that's just one small stumbling block among many... Of course, I can't take anything from that floor plan...

It is difficult to write anything meaningful with so much mystery. Of course, one could take something from the bungalow that was considered particularly successful.
