I found the first plan so appalling that I didn't want to comment on it any further. And it hasn't gotten any better since. You are mistaken if you think that only the three you mentioned consider your plans unfit. But since you are supposedly on the right path, as allegedly confirmed by 2 architects, unfortunately, no one can help you.

- Yes, we are aware that the garage is very tight, but according to the architect it is the minimum size (I checked the common vehicle classes, most are under 480cm), but we are still considering making it 5.50m.
- The workshop is really supposed to be just a small chamber; it will be used more as a storage room.
- The storage room is meant for things like vacuum cleaners, unused shoes, etc., the pantry will have a small backup kitchen unit placed towards the storage room side, and on the storage room side a corner shelf combination for canned goods will be installed.
- I agree about the utility room, it still needs to be reconsidered.

This solution in particular was described by the architects as especially cozy.
