Well, I wouldn’t have said that about the upper floor. There was no more to reduce anyway. A bedroom trapped behind the bathroom as the most essential design feature, which every tiny change in the planning must survive, already has a unique kind of irony. It seems to me that you have lost more hop officers and maltsters than *shakes head* Why don’t you just finally have your dream house template interpreted by a professional planner?

Sorry , I see little point in you continuing to try here. You can't fix that – it's botched. Let a professional handle it before you get yourself into a mess.

Are you serious? Access the bedroom through the bathroom?

The thought increasingly occurs to me that I am in the wrong place here and the question arises as to who has no idea about everyday routines and living comfort. It seems to me that apart from Rick's property, people here are only used to catalog houses.

I don't know how much time you spend in the bedroom excluding sleeping time. For me, it's not even 5 minutes. And every trip from the bedroom, as well as to the bedroom, initially goes to the bathroom or from the bathroom. This is the case for 99% of all people. This particular solution was described by the architects as especially cozy.

This floor plan was revised by two independent architects with the statement "I would build like this too."

Could you perhaps ( ) simply refrain from commenting on my posts and give other users the opportunity to express themselves constructively here. I would be very grateful if you didn’t give a damn about me!

Man, I'm dying of laughter. Seriously? You're offended because your creation like "I'll just quickly do an architecture degree as a self-experiment" isn't well received? Others have to study for years for that.

Well, maybe you'll still find someone who flatters you. Just a pity about the money - but it's not mine.

I was still considering whether to bother to scroll back and sift through the history....

I seem to belong to the 1% ... and I’m by the way very happy about that.

...and the willingness to scroll back a bit has left me, simply because of the arrogance to believe that you know how 99% of people are.

Then why are you still asking... just build like that.

Boy, what’s wrong with you?
