Thank you for the critical remarks and I mean that seriously. Only in this way will it help me move forward.
Yes, a gallery is planned in the hallway / entrance area. The whole house or the floor plan is based on the Bien-Zenker Concept M Wuppertal. The dimensions are roughly taken from there as well.
I would then extend the garage to about 5.50 m. Thanks for the hint. Most station wagons range between 4.50 m and 4.80 m. 5 m could indeed be a bit tight.
On the upper floor in the parents’ bathroom there are no 4 sinks; the two on the wall to the dressing room are supposed to simulate urinal and bidet. These are not selectable in the software. I would then expand the parents’ bedroom to about 3 m. I also find the dressing room sufficient.
The basic idea behind the minihallway was, on the one hand, to provide an acoustic separation to the children’s room and, on the other hand, that the dressing room and bedroom are not only accessible above each other but also separately. I don’t find it that narrow at about 130 cm width, but I will visualize it again spatially.
I will set up the children’s bathroom, possibly widening it by 50 cm. The reading corner is actually more a relaxation corner. Large bookshelves are not needed there. Rather, two lounge chairs are to be placed there for relaxing. Regarding sound transmission, I fully agree with you, but that is always the case with a gallery. Either you like it or not.
The office is indeed very tight, but I didn’t know how else to give it more space. That’s why I chose the slanted wall to enlarge it by 1-2 sqm. I find the guest WC a usual size; only toilet and a small basin and mirror have to fit in.
The pantry is about 1.50 m deep and about 3 m wide, so relatively generously sized, since the freezer and drinks will also go in there. The sofas are two about 2 m elements, could also be 2.20 m. But it should just be an example; there is still enough space. The wardrobe will be placed under the stairs with a built-in cupboard.
What exactly don’t you like about the kitchen? Can you be more specific?
Phew, difficult. I somehow find it way too convoluted. Probably it’s meant to feel airy and open on the ground floor – but I don’t think that will work.
but for now I’ll stick with the folds.
Garage is nonsense with five meters length for the vehicle – or do you already know that you will never drive a station wagon or sedan?
The upper floor doesn’t work like this. Narrow corridor to the parents’ area. From the too narrow dressing room you walk directly into the shower. Lots of square meters in the bathroom and yet everything oddly cramped.
Honestly – throw the floor plan away and go to an architect. You have to go there anyway.

So the house can be built much smaller without losing living comfort. Additionally, rooms can still be enlarged to reasonable dimensions.
In short, throw the floor plan in the bin. Let’s start with the upper floor.
Parents’ area:
Far too little space between bed and wall. 2.55 m – bed including frame – plaster, someone has to climb over the other.
Dressing room is okay.
Parents’ bathroom: 4 sinks?
What is the minihallway for (it creates the feeling of being in a much too small apartment here, as in many other places as well)
Children’s bathroom. Adjust that, it doesn’t work.
Reading corner is probably a leftover.
Very bright, hardly any space for books and no quiet
Large gallery causes sound transmission throughout the whole house
Ground floor
Office with hardly any storage space
The slanted wall doesn’t fit the house at all.
Guest WC reminds more of a public toilet cubicle in terms of dimensions
How deep is the pantry?
Sofa looks quite delicate
Positive: finally no tiny table
Wardrobe is completely missing

Is that seriously supposed to be a kitchen in a new build? Back to the drawing board, and very fast, many things don’t fit!
