That really borders on a color blot interpretation test, trying to see a copy of the Bien-Zenker Concept M Wuppertal with a modified upper floor in the design shown here.

A sauna you can’t lie down in, but which has a corner window. A corridor like a rifle barrel. A garage where even 5 Series or E-Class cars bump their front license plates. You really seem to reconstruct some designs completely without any sense of scale. If you were king, you’d have the planner beheaded when the (curtain) lock shines in its full glory. You don’t learn architecture in a holiday driving school.

So I find the entrance area unfortunately anything but spacious, as you have a long corridor in front of you when you enter. Can the office even be furnished at all? That also seems very narrow. First floor: I find the arrangement of the parents' rooms better this way, as in my opinion it makes much more sense (keyword: quiet). But unfortunately, there is also this long narrow hallway here. Fitness room without a window? Was a basement actually planned or not? Roof terrace: do you really think you will use the north direction and the direction towards the street? Edit: and on the other side there is also a balcony... My experience/opinion: you don’t use any of that if you have a garden. At most the child for smoking. The path from the children's room to the children's bathroom couldn’t be longer either. Then the child doesn’t even have peace there because someone can still come in through the fitness room.

Hello dear forum,

the floor plan has been revised again. The upper floor has been almost completely changed. The bathrooms are either above the utility room or kitchen or at the house entrance. The whole house has been slightly compacted to save costs. In my opinion, without losing living comfort.

The utility room / HAR is still a bit too small for me. Likewise the storage room.
