Doesn't really blow me away either. How deep is the kitchen island? Looks too narrow. The children's room is a joke, it's basically just a hallway. Are you still sure that the master bathroom should be directly adjacent to the bedroom without a dressing room as a buffer in between?

EG Neja
Wardrobe where is it
Door WC study be careful that they do not hit each other
Kitchen island very narrow
Path kitchen terrace is far

OG is nothing. Children's room unusable, children's bathroom feels like a wet cell
Dressing room without window
Bathroom the sauna is tiny.

At the Bien-Zenker Concept M Wuppertal, we especially like the spacious entrance area and the gallery at the front with the large light-giving window elements. Furthermore, we find the living-dining area very nicely divided with the fireplace or the fake one and the arrangement of the kitchen. I find the layout of the rooms on the upper floor improvable.

I don’t like the layout of the show house Victoria from Rensch-Haus. I also don’t think it’s comparable to the house design as we plan it.

The kitchen island is planned to be 90 cm deep. The distance between the kitchen cabinets on the wall side and the kitchen island should be about 130 cm. We have rearranged the upper floor again with support.

The cloakroom will be custom built under the stairs. We rearranged the office and WC downstairs somewhat differently again. Kitchen island is 90 cm deep and about 270 cm wide. That should be sufficient. I find the way from the kitchen to the terrace acceptable, it’s just past the dining table. We have rearranged the upper floor, I will post it here later.

The Bien-Zenker Wuppertal is not included in your plans. Certainly not the points you mentioned.

I feel fooled - I don't believe it.

Nothing: just this children’s room alone is outrageous. It is just a vestibule. The rest is almost the same.
