Lint. I would be concerned that everything gets dusty. The fluff is everywhere. I don't want laundry and drying in the dressing room.

How about a closet in the bedroom and instead of a dressing room, a small utility room?

Hm, nothing pills when I wash. What do you mean by that? Yes, a separate utility room upstairs would also be an alternative. Other stuff can also be stored there. I find the dressing room as planned hard to furnish (without wasting space).

The lint filter in the dryer or if a tissue got caught somewhere again. My mother had to move her dryer because the oil burner in the next room was clogged.

Heaters and dryers or dryers and open devices do not get along because of the dust being stirred up. That is correct.

I don’t know if this was really seriously thought through. We also have a small gallery on the upper floor. But it is never a quiet retreat where you could read a book. Especially not with two children's rooms next door. In addition, the place is simply not cozy enough. It’s a hallway – also in your case. There is also this Lilliput mentality that increasing the children’s rooms from 10 to 13 sqm would be pure luxury. Don’t get me wrong, it is of course an improvement and 13 sqm children’s rooms are no child cruelty. I just wonder if you really want to waste the space on a (then certainly very nice) hallway that is 99% unused. In my opinion, it would be better to give the children proper space right away. The hallway is nice – no question, but bigger children's rooms are nicer. :P
