We signed for turnkey at that price.

We are landscaping the garden completely ourselves. The carport will also be built by ourselves.

We only take out the floors.

So with our builder, floors and even wallpaper with paint are included as turnkey in the construction description.

202k is also the turnkey price including everything. Ready to move in.

There really isn’t anything special included. Underfloor heating (gas heating) and electric blinds on the ground floor. Kitchen is included.

And we still have quite a bit of buffer.

We are laying all floors ourselves, wallpapering ourselves, and doing the bathrooms ourselves.

Without own contributions, the house with electric blinds and underfloor heating (including kitchen) costs 215. Deducting the own contributions, we are at 208.

1500 for the front door (which is of course little)

You won’t be able to put everything you want into the utility room. It is meant to house main connections, heating, fuse box, telecommunications, washing machine and dryer, laundry basket, wardrobe. Then there should still be a walkway left, things like installation space next to the appliances and a 1.2m free work zone in front of the fuse box. I do not see all this fitting into 9m³!
