Aside from the really absolutely unrealistic construction costs, even for Lower Saxony, I find the house for 4 people lacks plenty of storage space. Is there at least an attic? A large garden shed would probably also be an advantage. Walk-in closets are in my opinion wasted space, better a larger bedroom and to add a bit more to the children's room.

The 202k refers to the price that the builder charges for the turnkey and ready-to-move-in house. We also have an additional buffer of almost 30,000 euros. And the additional construction costs come extra.
I am always talking about the pure house costs here.

What I notice now: the 2 doors next to each other in the kitchen and utility room won't work like that. They block the way to your main living space: utility room and back. The kitchen door must open the other way or be a sliding door.
